HUSBAND:
- Remember that your wife is your partner and not your property.
- Do not expect your wife to be a wife and wage earner at the same time.
- Think not that your business is none of your wife's business.
- Hold your wife's love by the same means as you won it.
- Make the building of your home your first business.
- Cooperate with your wife in establishing family discipline.
- Enter your house with cheerfulness.
- Don't let anyone criticize your wife to your face and get away with it; neither your father, nor your mother, nor your brothers, nor your sisters, not any that are your relatives.
- Do not take your wife for granted.
- Remember your home and keep it holy.
WIFE:
- Honor your own womanhood, that your days may be long in the house which your husband provided for you.
- Do not expect your husband to give you as many luxuries as your parents had given you.
- Do not forget the virtue of good humor.
- Thou shall not NAG.
- Cuddle your husband, for every man love to be fussed over.
- Remember that the frank approval of your husband is worth more than the sidelong glances of many strangers.
